Step 1: Starter Kit

After you place an order, we send an impression kit right away. It includes impression material, a mouth tray, and a dispenser gun.

Load the impression material into the dispenser gun, then squeeze about half the bottle into the mouth tray, making a consistent flow of material throughout the tray.

Sink your teeth into the tray while the material is still fresh without biting all the way down. Keep your mouth steady for about 45 seconds or until material is hard. Pull the tray out slowly.

Secure your impression in an airtight or Ziplock bag, put in the envelope provided, secure the provided return label to the envelope, then leave in your mailbox.

 We receive your impression and an experienced team of dedicated professionals create your product within minutes.
